He was recognized by the US White House as a mobile technology visionary and has been a keynote speaker for numerous industry events.

Apart from his role at Naya Ventures, Dayakar is Executive Chairman at Motivity Labs and at GlobalOutlook. He is also a Board Member at SinglePoint, and Advisory Board Member at Mixaroo, Glympse, Exclaim, nFluence and Tango networks.

Previously, Dayakar owned the P&L for the Hosting & Mobility Solutions business at Microsoft, where he was responsible for the incubation, development and management of new mobility solutions. He also led the $350M hosting business encompassing all product development, product management, marketing and business development. Prior to joining Microsoft, Dayakar pioneered the industry's first mobile software solutions company as Founder and CEO of JP Mobile, He secured $55 million in financing for JP Mobile and successfully completed its acquisition by Good Technology, later acquired by Motorola.

Dayakar began his career with Motorola. He owned the P&L for the Paging product, including all aspects of design, development and world-wide customer support. He received the Engineering Excellence Award from management at Nippon Motorola.

Dayakar is an active supporter of entrepreneurs and startups. He has been involved with the Dallas chapter of The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE) since 1999 and is currently a charter member. Among other activities, he chaired the wireless/mobility SIG of TiE, and organized a wireless seminar in partnership with Nokia, TI and others. Dayakar is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University and earned a master's degree in computer science from Nova University.

Chief Executive Officer of GlobalOutlook: Raghu has more than 15 years of Mobile Industry experience and over 20 years of overall experience. He is currently Group CEO of GlobalOutlook, Motivity Labs and SinglePoint. He was the Co-Founder and CEO of M2Junction, which was acquired by SinglePoint, Inc. Raghu’s dynamic leadership skills helped in building companies and teams over the long years which led to successful acquisitions. Earlier, Raghu was CEO for the Indian offices of JP Mobile and Good Technology and his last association was with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) where he managed the mobile solutions group. He led the successful acquisition of Good Technology by Motorola and transition of teams and products.

Raghu is a graduate of Delhi University and an ex-Captain in the Indian Army. He is associated with philanthropic activities as part of both the Puskoor Trust and the PJR Foundation which provide clean & healthy water and schooling in rural India.

General Manager of GlobalOutlook: Mr. Koteshwar Rao has built more than a decade of business management experience in a variety of roles. As the GM for Sales at GlobalOutlook, he leads the organization’s sales initiatives and plays a key role in building successful client relationships. He joined GlobalOutlook after serving within TATA Communications) as a General Manager. Mr. Rao has a proven track record of successful projects and exposure to European business operations, especially after more than a year in Germany. Mr. Koteshwar Rao is a Management Graduate from Dhruva College of Management.

CEO, SinglePoint: Gowri leads SinglePoint, which provides mobile advertising and mobile marketplace positioning to its customers. He gained valuable experience in his previous role at SinglePoint as its Sr. VP Sales and Business Development at SinglePoint.

Previously, as a founding member of the Sprint PCS launch team, Gowri led the creation of the first nationwide telesales and e-commerce distribution channels in the wireless industry laying the foundation for Sprint PCS's industry-leading enterprise sales strategy. Gowri has an MBA from the University of Missouri and a BS degree in accounting from the University of Madras.

Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing at ACME Telepower Ltd.: Amajit is an IT & telecom industry professional with 20 years professional work experience in technology industry. Currently, Amajit is serving as the Executive Vice President – Sales & Marketing at ACME Telepower Ltd. He is an India-based Advisor for the Naya Ventures portfolio companies and is responsible for business development and strategy.

Previously, he was the Director and Country Manager heading Microsoft Communication and Media Sector business in India. He earned his undergraduate engineering degree from REC Nagpur and also studied in XLRI India /Cornell University.
