    Sales Manager (Bangalore/Delhi/Mumbai)

    Reporting to the General Manager, Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the sales from lead to closure. Major duties include: Monitoring and reporting on sales metrics; management reporting and managing the sales process. Will use Sales Management skills to drive sales across given territory.

    Responsibilities include:

    1. Build solid sales funnel that exceeds the sales goals
    2. Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads / prospects
    3. Complete understanding of sales cycle and sales closing skills
    4. Managing existing partners and recruiting new partners to sell our services
    5. Driving partners to get the desired sales results
    6. Working closely with partners to help them to get the agreed sales
    7. Evaluate and improve partner sales and sales process
    8. Provide coaching for existing partner executives and training for new partner sales teams
    9. Manage the pipeline, metrics, and forecasts and drive sales numbers
    10. Achieving the targets in given territory

    Desired Experience & Qualifications

    1. Former sales quota responsibility. (Necessary)
    2. Forecasting and a defined sales process. (Necessary)
    3. Strong enterprise sales experience with proven track record(Necessary)
    4. Leadership/coaching/management experience. (Necessary)
    5. BA / MBA minimum (Necessary)
    6. Experience selling through channels (Necessary)
    7. Strategic thinker.
    8. Outside sales experience. (Necessary)
    9. Technology sales experience. (Desirable)

    Inside sales Representative: Hyderabad

    The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for:
    1. Interacting with potential clients to provide HMCS to corporate clients through telesales initiative
    2. will be responsible for sales and acquisition of clients .Will have to achieve Target and develop new business opportunities by selling GO HMCS solutions
    3. Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
    4. Understanding and assessing client requirements, Sharing proposal and presentation with clients and customizing solutions.
    5. Manage complex sales situations & acquire new clients. Following complete sales cycle
    6. Sales management - To drive both volume and value.

    Desired Profile

    1. Should be a graduate, have 1+Years of Telesales experience in similar industry(email selling Exp) .
    2. Must have strong interpersonal and networking skill.  
    3. Adequate experience of handling and successfully closing business sales.
    4. Should be a Team player and be able to integrate with the sales team.
    5.  An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role.
